Meet Jeff Bryant

I’m currently the founder and principal consultant for JBRY LLC. A boutique Human Resources consulting entity founded in 2020. With over 35 years of HR experience expertise primarily in all facets, disciplines and modes of transportation, dedicated with passion to enhance, improve the quality of life, the ability to attract and hire talent, mentoring college students, enhancing management systems and processes. In addition, currently authoring my new book focused on inspiring up and coming HR professionals.

I’ve been humbled and honored to be a recipient of many awards, certificates of appreciation from various academic institutions and organizations. I hold a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and certified as a Human Capital Strategist (HRIC). I also hold a Google AI Certification. In addition, I'm a former educator with experience in two academic institutions which allowed me to facilitate Human Resources programs, mentoring college students, small business start-ups, veterans' assistance, delivery of recruiting, university relations and coaching along with having their ear with executive management.

I was teaching in the Electrical Engineering Department at California State University, Long Beach when I first met Jeff at a University Career Fair in 2012. I attended the Career Fair to ask recruiters for any tips they could share with me for my students writing their resumes. Jeff spent the next hour talking to me about academic resumes. internships, and entry-level qualifications that he looks for in a candidate. More importantly.
