Jeff Bryant, M.A., H.C.S., is a seasoned Human Resources professional and the founder and principal consultant of Rise Trac, a division of JBRY LLC, established in 2020. With more than 35 years of HR expertise spanning multiple transportation industries—including aviation, rail, trucking, and transit—Jeff has built a distinguished career dedicated to improving workplace cultures, attracting and developing top talent, and strengthening the systems that help organizations thrive. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and is certified as a Human Capital Strategist (H.C.S.), bringing a rigorous, evidence-based approach to aligning people strategies with business objectives and transforming complex workforce challenges into practical, results-driven solutions.

Jeff also holds a Google AI Professional Certification, positioning Rise Trac at the intersection of traditional HR expertise and modern technology-driven workforce strategy. A former educator, Jeff has facilitated Human Resources programs at two academic institutions, combining real-world executive experience with a passion for developing future leaders and HR professionals. His extensive experience includes mentoring college students, supporting small business start-ups, leading university recruiting initiatives, and providing assistance to military veterans transitioning into the workforce, reflecting a lifelong commitment to people, leadership, and community impact. In addition, Jeff is commissioned as a Public Notary for the State of Georgia, further expanding the professional services available through Rise Trac.
